Defrost method:
Cut open the bag and place chokka directly into cold water once defrosted, proceed with
cleaning the chokka.

Preferred Cooking Method:
Pan-Fried, Deep-Fried or Grilled. Also delicious added to our seafood marinara pasta sauce
