Place the vacuum bag into cold water and leave for +/- 2 hours until fully defrosted. Alternatively leave the vacuum bag at room temperature overnight.
Preferred Cooking Method:
Pan-Fried, Deep-Fried or Grilled. Also delicious added to our seafood marinara pasta sauce. (See our recipe section).
