Hot smoking fish is an art but we’ll let you in on a little family secret, fish with a high fat content were made to be smoked. Tuna belly is the fattiest part of the tuna which makes it ideal for smoking. This is a must try & an absolute crowd pleaser.

Instructions:
Eat at room temperature with crackers & our delicious roasted garlic aioli (COMING SOON).

Alternatively preheat your oven to 220 degrees and place product (at room temperature not directly from the fridge) in to the oven for 2 minutes just too warm through.
