Hot smoking Norwegian salmon compliments this product like no other cooking method. Due to the high fat content in this fish, the combination of smoke and heat results in a succulent & flavoursome product.

Instructions:
Eat at room temperature with crackers & our delicious roasted garlic aioli (COMING SOON).

Alternatively preheat your oven to 220 degrees and place product (at room temperature not directly from the fridge) in to the oven for 2 minutes just too warm through. Serve with a delicious broccoli salad and tarragon veloute(cream based sauce).
